Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a National Rental Customer Development Manager to steward a book of top national rental accounts, with a focus on retention and growth. This is a remote, travel-heavy sales role serving customers across the West and Central regions.

You will develop plans, grow wallet share, and lead customer meetings at all organization levels to strengthen relationships. Requires 5+ years of quota-driven sales experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years or more of experience with quota achievement in sales roles.
• Prior experience in Rental/Account Management or Business Development on the lease side preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of approximately 100 top national rental accounts.
• Grow wallet share and revenue within assigned national rental accounts.
• Develops sales plans and a communication plan for each assigned account.
• Schedules and leads customer meetings and builds relationships at all levels.
