Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Sr Manager, National Partnerships to scale broker relationships into repeatable revenue. You will own key brokerage brands, engage executives, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive qualified pipelines.

The ideal candidate has deep broker ecosystem experience and a strong track record in strategic partnerships within a SaaS environment. This remote role supports a nationwide program and requires travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or alliance management.
• Direct broker ecosystem experience and understanding of national/regional brokerage operations.
• Experience in HCM or HR tech SaaS is highly valued.
• Proven success building partnerships that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen for forecasting and decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BambooHR’s broker partnership strategy with national and regional firms.
• Own portfolio of priority brokerage brands; deepen engagement and revenue.
• Build executive relationships and co-create joint business plans with cross-functional teams.
• Develop scalable partner programs, playbooks, and enablement tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Success teams to drive pipeline.
• Measure partner performance, adjust activation, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Represent broker voice internally to influence product, marketing, and ops.
