Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Sr Manager for National Partnerships to build and scale our broker ecosystem across national and regional firms. You will own executive relationships, develop joint business plans, and drive scalable partner programs to generate qualified pipeline and long-term revenue growth.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, Enablement, and Operations, translating broker insights into strategic initiatives, with an emphasis on high-impact, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Multiple years in strategic partnerships or channel sales.
• Direct broker ecosystem experience and knowledge of broker operations.
• Experience in HCM, HR tech, benefits, payroll, or SaaS.
• Proven success building partnerships that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and data-driven decision skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Strong project-management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale BambooHR’s relationships with national/regional brokerages.
• Own a portfolio of brokerage brands and drive partner-sourced revenue.
• Build executive relationships and joint business plans with measurable outcomes.
• Create scalable partner programs, enablement, and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, Enablement, and Ops.
• Lead partner activation, track performance, and optimize growth.
• Travel as needed to meet partners and represent BambooHR.
