BambooHR is seeking a Sr Manager, National Partnerships to scale relationships with national and regional brokerage firms. You will own a portfolio of broker brands, build executive relationships, and partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive qualified pipeline and long-term revenue growth.

You will develop scalable partner programs, joint business plans, and playbooks that enable cross-functional teams to execute broker-led opportunities and measure success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of broker ecosystem and nationwide/regional brokerages.
• Experience in HCM, HR tech, or SaaS with partnerships focus.

• Lead broker partnership strategy with national and regional firms.
• Own portfolio of priority brokerage brands and drive revenue growth.
• Build relationships with brokerage executives and decision-makers.
• Create joint business plans aligning growth objectives and metrics.
• Develop scalable partner programs and enablement resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams.
• Measure partnership performance using data and forecasts.
• Maintain operating cadence for planning, forecasting, and reviews.
• Translate broker feedback into product and marketing improvements.
• Represent BambooHR in strategic engagements and events.
