F6 Data Solutions is seeking a National Service Manager to lead and grow the service operation across a national customer base. You will oversee a team of technicians, manage warranty and preventive maintenance, and coordinate from initial request through completion and billing readiness.

Starting with a small team, you will build a service organization and establish independent day-to-day operations with support from the Director of Service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant commercial HVAC, mechanical, or field-service experience.
• Experience estimating, bidding, pricing, and coordinating service projects.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage technicians.
• Strong communication, organization, and remote-work capability.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendors across multiple locations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the service operation, overseeing staff, bidding, and execution.
• Coordinate service intake, scope, priorities, and scheduling.
• Estimate and bid service projects with cost breakdowns and exclusions.
• Manage changes, ensure compliance, and bill accordingly.
• Ensure safe technical execution with OEMs and contractors.
• Monitor financials, provide forecasts, and support invoicing.
