Job summary

F6 Data Solutions is seeking a National Service Manager to lead and grow its service operation across the United States. You will oversee technicians, service-project bidding, warranty repairs, preventive maintenance, emergency service, and service agreements, coordinating work from request through billing readiness.

Starting with a small team, you will build a service organization of approximately 12 technicians as needs grow.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in service operations, including 3+ years leading a team.
• Experience estimating, bidding, pricing, and coordinating service or repair projects.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service team: recruit, onboard, coach, and manage technicians.
• Own service intake and execution: assess requests, set priorities, assign resources, and track progress.
• Estimate and bid service projects: prepare scopes, labor, materials, and subcontractor quotes.
• Coordinate contractors and operating companies: evaluate providers and monitor work quality and safety.
• Manage changes and corrective work: clarify responsibilities, document scope, and secure authorization.
• Coordinate safe technical execution: confirm repair plans, site requirements, and equipment readiness.
• Support financial tracking and billing: monitor costs and provide documentation for invoicing.
• Build repeatable service processes: establish workflows for intake, quoting, scheduling, and closeout.
• Manage relationships and service opportunities: develop service agreements with sales and OEMs.
