Job summary

F6 Data Solutions is seeking a National Service Manager to lead and grow the service operation across a national customer base. You will oversee warranty and billable repairs, preventive maintenance, and service agreements, coordinating work from request through completion and billing readiness.

Starting with a small team, you will build a service organization of about 12 technicians, with the Director of Service providing onboarding and escalation support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in HVAC/mechanical field-service, incl. 3+ years leading a service team.
• Experience estimating, bidding, pricing, and coordinating service projects.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing technicians with performance reviews.
• Knowledge of commercial mechanical and cooling systems and equipment documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service team, set expectations, and conduct performance reviews.
• Own service intake, scope, priorities, and resource coordination; track progress.
• Estimate and bid service projects, approve quotes and subcontractor commitments.
• Coordinate contractors and operating companies; ensure safety and quality.
• Manage changes, warranty scope, and billing documentation; ensure invoicing readiness.
• Build repeatable service processes and maintain service backlog visibility.
