Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated success in consultative B2B service sales and account management.
• Experience developing complex accounts, engaging multiple decision makers, negotiating service agreements, and growing profitable client relationships.
• Working knowledge of data center cooling systems and start-up, commissioning, maintenance, repair and replacement services.
• Ability to translate client priorities into service scopes and measurable value.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and financial skills.

• Identify, pursue, and win new data center clients across the United States.
• Develop account plans mapping decision makers, site portfolios, and project pipelines.
• Lead discovery meetings, site visits, and proposals; translate priorities into service scopes and value.
• Coordinate with estimating, PM, field ops, and tech leaders to validate pricing, coverage, and execution.
