Job summary

You will coach Site Leads and field technicians, manage hiring and performance, and partner with HR to address issues and progression. This hybrid role requires travel and strong communication across time zones.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading technical field-service personnel in HVAC, mechanical systems, commissioning, data centers, industrial equipment, or a comparable technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Own performance, accountability, and development for field personnel.
• Establish clear expectations for performance, safety, and productivity.
• Conduct regular performance discussions and formal reviews.
• Partner with HR on disciplinary actions and career progression.
• Coach Site Leads and technicians to meet F6 standards and project needs.
