Qualifications

• Experience leading technical field-service personnel in HVAC, data centers, or similar environments.
• Proven people-management skills including coaching and performance conversations.
• Experience interviewing, selecting, and developing technical employees.
• Ability to plan staffing and deployment for distributed field teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and accountability of assigned field employees.
• Set expectations for performance, safety, productivity, and conduct.
• Coach Site Leads and technicians; manage disciplinary actions and development plans.
• Partner with HR on performance improvement, staffing, and deployment decisions.
