Job summary

Daikin Applied, a leader in HVAC solutions, seeks a National Business Development Manager to drive Data Center aftermarket service growth, nationwide strategy, and scalable programs from a remote location in the United States.

You will influence District Service teams, develop maintenance programs, pricing methods, and national standards while preserving local customer relationships and field execution. Travel as needed to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Data Center aftermarket service growth strategy with focus on maintenance agreements and recurring revenue.
• Partner with District Service organizations to price, propose, negotiate, and secure new maintenance agreements.
• Serve as the national Data Center service subject matter expert on operations, requirements, and market trends.
• Meet with senior sales and accounts leaders to understand market activity and customer requirements.
• Create standardized maintenance programs and scopes of work usable across districts while allowing local flexibility.
• Establish national pricing strategies balancing customer needs, service capability, risk and profitability.
• Develop strategies to convert equipment customers into long-term service customers across facilities and locations.
• Support district teams on opportunities including meetings, proposals, and contract development.
