F6 Data Solutions is seeking a Field Operations Manager for our data-center HVAC-focused field team. You will lead technical field personnel, drive performance, coaching, and workforce planning, and partner with HR on development and leadership initiatives.

The role emphasizes owning people outcomes, aligning workforce capabilities with business needs, and ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across distributed field teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading technical field-service personnel in HVAC, mechanical systems, commissioning, industrial equipment, critical infrastructure, data centers, or a comparable technical environment.
• Proven people-management experience including coaching, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Experience interviewing, selecting, and developing technical employees.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and accountability of assigned field employees and ensure clear performance expectations.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, and deployment to meet project needs and customer requirements.
• Partner with HR on disciplinary actions, coaching plans, and development programs.
• Coach Site Leads and technicians to build bench strength and succession readiness.
