F6 Data Solutions is seeking a National Service Manager to lead and grow our service operation across the United States. You will oversee a team of technicians, manage bids, scheduling, and field execution, and ensure service quality from request through billing.

Starting with a small team, you will scale to about 12 technicians and collaborate with the Director of Service, Project Operations, and OEM partners to deliver reliable, safe, and cost-effective service nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC/mechanical/technical field service experience; at least 3 years in service team management.
• Experience estimating, bidding, pricing, and coordinating service or repair projects.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing technicians including workload planning and training.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving; able to work independently in a remote environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the service team: recruit, onboard, coach, and manage technicians; build a collaborative culture grounded in safety and dependable customer service.
• Own service intake and execution: assess requests, set scope, priorities, assign resources, and coordinate schedules, parts, equipment, and site access.
• Estimate and bid service projects: prepare scopes, labor/material costs, travel, subcontractor quotes; approve quotes per policy.
• Coordinate contractors and operating companies: identify qualified providers, onboard with admin, monitor quality, safety, and completion.
• Manage changes and corrective work: clarify responsibilities, document scope changes, obtain authorization, and track repairs for billing.
• Coordinate safe technical execution: work with OEMs and site personnel to confirm repair plans and equipment readiness.
• Support financial tracking and billing: monitor costs, forecasts, and provide documentation for invoicing.
• Build repeatable service processes: establish workflows for intake, quoting, scheduling, escalation, reporting, closeout.
• Manage relationships and service opportunities: be primary contact for execution and escalations; develop service opportunities and agreements.
