United Future is seeking a National Distribution Manager to lead the development and expansion of its U.S. distributor network. This newly created role focuses on building and executing a comprehensive national distribution strategy across the United States.

The ideal candidate will evaluate current partners, recruit new distributors, and drive sales growth while coordinating with leadership to expand market presence over the coming years. Remote work with extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, channel management, or business development in industrial markets.
• Proven success in expanding distributor networks.
• Experience selling technical products through independent distributors.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, nationwide role.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a two- to three-year national distribution growth strategy.
• Evaluate and strengthen distributor relationships and performance.
• Recruit and develop new distributors across the United States.
• Drive distributor sales growth and product penetration with training and support.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular leadership reporting.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
