Daikin Applied Ltd. seeks a National Data Center Service Development Manager to lead the growth of its aftermarket Data Center service. You will develop and execute the national strategy, expand maintenance agreements, and partner with district teams to secure new Data Center opportunities.

This role requires strategic leadership and collaboration with sales, operations, and finance to scale service across the country. Remote-friendly with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Data Center aftermarket service growth strategy, focusing on maintenance agreements, attachment rates, recurring revenue, and customer retention.
• Partner with District Service organizations to price, propose, negotiate, and secure new Data Center maintenance agreements and other aftermarket opportunities.
• Serve as the national Data Center service expert, advising on operations, mission-critical environments, and market trends.
• Establish standardized national pricing strategies, programs, and best practices that can be leveraged across districts.
