Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its aftermarket Data Center service business. The role focuses on increasing maintenance agreements, attachment rates, annual recurring revenue, and customer retention while partnering with District Service organizations to implement a scalable national Data Center service strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience with 5+ years of management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years specifically involving Data Centers, mission-critical facilities, HVAC service, aftermarket service, or strategic account development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national strategy for Data Center aftermarket service growth, with focus on maintenance agreements, attachment rates, recurring revenue, and customer retention.
• Identify, price, propose, negotiate, and secure Data Center maintenance agreements and other aftermarket service opportunities.
• Serve as the national Data Center service subject matter expert on operations, mission-critical environments, and market trends.
• Lead standardized maintenance programs, pricing strategies, and best practices across District Service organizations.
• Coordinate national Data Center opportunities to provide a consistent Daikin Applied service experience while maintaining local ownership.
