Daikin Applied Ltd. is seeking a National Data Center Service Development Manager to lead the growth of the aftermarket service business for Data Centers nationwide.

This role focuses on increasing maintenance agreement sales, attachment rates, recurring revenue, and customer retention while developing a scalable national strategy and maintaining local customer relationships. You will work with District Service teams, Sales, Finance and Product Management to standardize programs, pricing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in management, leadership, business development or strategic sales.
• 10+ years in Data Centers, mission-critical facilities, HVAC service, aftermarket service or strategic account development.

Responsibilities

• Develop national Data Center service strategy and pricing, ensuring scalable programs.
• Partner with District Service organizations to secure new Data Center maintenance agreements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to grow recurring aftermarket revenue and customer retention.
• Provide subject matter guidance on Data Center operations, uptime and service expectations.
• Establish standardized tools, processes and best practices for Data Center service sales.

Education
