Job summary

Daikin Applied Ltd. seeks a National Data Center Service Development Manager to lead the growth of aftermarket service for Data Centers in the United States. You will shape the national strategy, work with District Service teams, and drive recurring revenue through maintenance agreements and service programs.

The role requires deep Data Center experience, leadership, and collaboration with senior leadership. Remote USA location with travel flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience.
• 10+ years overall experience, with 5+ years in Data Centers, mission-critical facilities, HVAC service, aftermarket service, or strategic account development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national strategy for Data Center aftermarket service growth.
• Partner with District Service organizations to secure new Data Center maintenance agreements.
• Serve as the national Data Center service SME, guiding operations and market trends.
• Meet with SVP of Sales and VP of National Accounts to understand market activity.
• Develop standardized maintenance programs and scopes of work for nationwide use.
