Daikin Applied is seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead the national Data Center aftermarket service growth. The role focuses on increasing maintenance agreements, attachment rates, and recurring revenue while aligning with District Service organizations and cross-functional partners.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years of management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience.

• Develop and execute the national strategy for Data Center aftermarket service growth, focusing on maintenance agreements and recurring revenue.
• Partner with District Service to identify, price, propose, negotiate, and secure Data Center maintenance agreements.
