Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a National Data Center Service Development Manager to lead the strategic growth of its Data Center aftermarket service nationwide. You will drive maintenance agreements, attachment rates, and recurring revenue while collaborating with District Service organizations and national accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience including data centers, mission‑critical facilities, HVAC service, aftermarket service, or strategic account development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national strategy for Data Center aftermarket service growth, focusing on maintenance agreements and recurring revenue.
• Partner with District Service organizations to price and secure new Data Center maintenance agreements and aftermarket opportunities.
• Serve as the national Data Center service SME, guiding operations, customer requirements, and market trends.
• Meet with SVP of Sales and VP of National Accounts to understand market activity and customer needs.
• Establish standardized maintenance programs, scopes of work, pricing, and sales processes for nationwide use.
• Develop pricing strategies balancing customer requirements, competitiveness, and profitability.
• Support District teams on complex Data Center opportunities, including meetings, proposals, and negotiations.
• Coordinate national and multi‑District opportunities to ensure consistent service experience.
