Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead the Data Center aftermarket service growth across the United States. You will shape national strategy, drive maintenance agreements, pricing, and standardized tools while aligning with local districts.

You will partner with District Service and Sales teams to expand recurring revenue, improve customer retention, and position Daikin Applied as a preferred service partner for mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years of management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Data Center aftermarket service growth strategy.
• Partner with District Service organizations to price and secure new maintenance agreements.
• Serve as the market expert on Data Center operations and service requirements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase recurring revenue and retention.
• Establish national pricing strategies and standardized tools and templates.
• Coach District Service and Sales teams to improve Data Center capabilities.
