Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead the national Data Center aftermarket service strategy. This role focuses on growing maintenance agreements, pricing strategies, and scalable service programs across districts while maintaining local customer relationships.

The position requires collaboration with SVP of Sales, VP of National Accounts, and district teams to expand service revenue and ensure a consistent Daikin Applied service experience for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience including management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Data Center aftermarket service growth strategy.
• Partner with District Service organizations to secure Data Center maintenance agreements.
• Serve as the national Data Center service subject matter expert and guide operations and pricing strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase recurring aftermarket revenue and customer retention.
