Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a National Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its Data Center aftermarket service business nationwide. You will lead strategy, pricing, and programs to increase maintenance agreements, attachment rates, and recurring revenue, while partnering with District Service teams to win new opportunities.

You will serve as the subject matter expert on data center service requirements and coordinate with Senior Sales and National Accounts to align market needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years management and strategic sales experience.
• Experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national strategy for Data Center aftermarket service growth.
• Partner with District Service organizations to secure maintenance agreements.
• Serve as the national Data Center service SME on operations, requirements and trends.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase recurring aftermarket revenue.
• Develop standardized pricing, scopes of work, and tools for Service.
