Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a National Business Development Manager to lead the national Data Center aftermarket service strategy, focusing on maintenance agreements, pricing, and customer retention.

You will partner with District Service organizations to scale programs, standardize offerings, and drive recurring revenue across multiple facilities and locations. This role requires strategic leadership and collaboration with senior sales, service, and operations leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years of management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national strategy for Data Center aftermarket service growth, with primary focus on maintenance agreements and revenue.
• Partner with District Service organizations to identify, price, propose, negotiate, and secure maintenance agreements.
• Serve as the national Data Center service SME, guiding operations, customer requirements, and market trends.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with SVP of Sales, VP of National Accounts, and other leaders.
• Establish national pricing strategies and standardized maintenance programs.
• Train and coach District Service and Sales teams to improve Data Center service capabilities.
