Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in leadership, business development, or strategic sales.
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute national Data Center aftermarket service growth strategy, prioritizing maintenance agreements and revenue.
• Collaborate with District Service teams to price and secure maintenance agreements and aftermarket opportunities.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Data Center operations, requirements, and market trends.
• Meet with senior sales leaders to align market activity and customer needs.
• Standardize maintenance programs, scopes of work, and pricing strategies for consistency.
• Drive initiatives to convert equipment customers into long-term service customers and expand across facilities.
