Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national strategy for Data Center aftermarket service growth, focusing on maintenance agreements, attachment rates, recurring revenue, and retention
• Partner with District Service organizations to identify, price, propose, negotiate, and secure new Data Center maintenance agreements and other opportunities
• Serve as the national Data Center service SME, guiding operations, customer requirements, and market trends
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with SVP/VP teams to expand service revenue and improve customer retention
• Create standardized maintenance programs, scopes of work, and pricing strategies usable across districts
• Build and monitor KPIs for maintenance bookings, revenue, and renewals
• Provide coaching to District Service and Sales teams to deepen Data Center market understanding
