Daikin Applied, the world’s largest HVAC company, seeks a National Business Development Manager to lead the growth of the aftermarket Data Center service business.

You will drive maintenance agreements, pricing strategies, and national initiatives while collaborating with District Service, National Accounts, and other leaders to scale recurring revenue and strengthen Daikin Applied’s market leadership in mission-critical facilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years of management, leadership, business development, or strategic sales experience.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years specifically involving Data Centers, mission-critical facilities, HVAC service, aftermarket service, or strategic account development

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the national Data Center aftermarket service growth strategy.
• Partner with District Service organizations to price proposals and secure maintenance agreements.
• Serve as the national Data Center service subject matter expert on operations and market trends.
• Meet with SVP of Sales and VP of National Accounts to understand market activity and requirements.
• Develop standardized maintenance programs and scopes of work across districts.
• Establish national pricing strategies balancing customer needs and profitability.
• Convert equipment customers into long-term service customers across locations.
• Support District Service teams on strategic Data Center opportunities and proposals.

Educación
