BambooHR is seeking a Sr Manager, National Partnerships to build and scale relationships with national and regional brokerage firms, turning partnerships into a reliable revenue stream. You will own a portfolio of broker brands and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive qualified pipeline.

You should bring deep broker ecosystem experience, strong strategic and financial acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to influence across multiple teams.

Qualifikationen

• Multiple years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of national/regional broker ecosystems and tech partners.
• Experience in HCM, HR tech, benefits, payroll, or SaaS.
• Proven success building partnerships that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills; can handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent in-person and written communication; able to travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead broker partnership strategy with national and regional firms.
• Own a portfolio of broker brands and expand engagement and revenue.
• Build executive relationships and create joint business plans.
• Develop scalable partner programs and enablement resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, Enablement, and Ops.
• Improve partner activation, forecast pipeline, and measure performance.
• Establish operating cadence for planning, forecasting, and reviews.
• Deliver a consistent broker/customer experience across teams.
• Represent broker voice to influence product and marketing priorities.
• Travel as needed to meet partners and attend events.
