Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Sr Manager, National Partnerships to develop and scale relationships with national and regional brokerage firms. This role focuses on turning strategic broker relationships into predictable, high-performing revenue streams through executive engagement and scalable partner programs.

The ideal candidate brings deep broker ecosystem experience, HCM/HR tech knowledge, and a proven ability to create joint business plans that drive pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or related role.
• Direct broker ecosystem experience with national or regional brokers.
• Experience in HCM, HR tech, benefits, payroll, or SaaS.
• Proven success building partnerships that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead broker partnership strategy with national and regional brokers.
• Own portfolio of priority brokerage brands and grow revenue.
• Build relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
• Create and execute joint business plans with cross-functional teams.
• Develop scalable programs enabling broker-sourced opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve velocity and conversions.
• Use data to evaluate partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
• Establish cadence for planning, forecasting, enablement, and reviews.
• Deliver a consistent experience for brokers and customers.
• Develop playbooks, training, tools, and best practices.
• Represent broker voice to influence product/marketing/operations.
• Build trust and accountability across teams.
