Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Sr Manager, National Partnerships to scale relationships with national and regional brokerage firms. You will own executive engagement, joint business planning, and scalable partner programs to drive long-term revenue growth.

You will manage a portfolio of priority brokerage brands, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Enablement, and Operations to generate qualified pipeline and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, business development, or a related role.
• Direct experience within the broker ecosystem and knowledge of broker operations.
• Experience in HCM, HR tech, benefits, payroll, insurance, or related SaaS.
• Proven success building partnerships that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with forecasting experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Strong project-management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent in-person, virtual, and written communication.
• Willingness to travel to meet partners and attend events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the broker partnership strategy and expand relationships with broker firms.
• Own a portfolio of broker brands and deepen engagement to grow revenue.
• Build relationships with brokerage executives and position BambooHR as a partner.
• Create joint plans aligning growth objectives, revenue targets, and programs.
• Develop scalable programs enabling broker opportunities and repeatable sales.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve velocity, conversion, and performance.
• Use data to evaluate partnerships and uncover growth opportunities.
• Establish operating cadence for planning, forecasting, enablement, and reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent broker experience.
• Develop playbooks, training, tools, and best practices for broker-led opportunities.
• Represent broker voice to influence product, marketing, and operations.
• Foster trust and accountability across teams toward shared goals.
