BambooHR is seeking a Sr Manager, National Partnerships to scale relationships with national and regional brokerage firms. You will own executive engagement, joint business planning, and scalable partner programs to drive long-term revenue growth.

The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver value. You will build credibility with brokerage executives, translate relationships into measurable outcomes, and travel as needed for industry events and partner

Qualifikationen

• Multiple years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of broker ecosystems and how national/regional brokerages operate.
• Experience in HCM, HR tech, benefits, payroll, or SaaS.
• Proven success building and growing strategic partnerships with measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical, financial acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Lead and scale BambooHR’s broker partnership strategy with national and regional firms.
• Own a portfolio of priority brokerage brands and deepen engagement.
• Build relationships with brokerage executives and key decision-makers.
• Create and execute joint business plans aligning growth objectives and success metrics.
• Develop scalable programs for broker-led opportunities and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Enablement, and Operations.
• Evaluate partnership effectiveness using data and insights to uncover growth opportunities.
• Establish operating cadence for planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Ensure consistent broker experience for partners and customers.
• Develop playbooks, training, tools, and best practices for internal teams.
• Represent broker voice to influence product, marketing, and operations.
