BambooHR is seeking a Sr Manager of National Partnerships to lead and scale relationships with national and regional brokerage firms. This strategic individual contributor role focuses on transforming broker relationships into consistent revenue through executive engagement and scalable partner programs.

You will own a portfolio of priority brokerage brands, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Enablement, and Operations to generate pipeline and long-term growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or alliance management.
• Knowledge of national/regional brokerage ecosystems is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or related fields is preferred.

• Lead and scale BambooHR’s broker partnerships with national/regional firms.
• Own a portfolio of broker brands and drive partner-sourced revenue.

• Monitor partnership performance through data and analytics.
