Palmer Group is seeking a National Accounts Manager to drive revenue growth across North America and Canada from a remote position. You will build strategic customer partnerships, present a full product portfolio, and guide pricing and planning to maximize margins.

This role requires 5+ years in national accounts, extensive travel, and a track record of developing strategic partnerships in industrial markets. The position offers flexible remote work and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of National Account experience.
• Background in Key Account Management, Business Development, or related roles.
• Extensive national travel experience with clients.
• Proven track record of sales growth and strategic partnerships.
• Knowledge of pricing analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic account initiatives across the U.S. and Canada to grow revenue and expand market share.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers through visits, meetings, and events.
• Demonstrate full product portfolio and communicate benefits and solutions.
• Lead pricing, contracts, and business planning negotiations for margins.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and account metrics using SAP and analytics.
• Deliver pipeline and performance reports to leadership and conduct business reviews.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering to meet account objectives.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to improve retention.
