Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business degree preferred.
• 5–8 years sales experience required.
• 3–5 years retail and sales management experience required.
• Extensive retail and/or direct sales management experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel ~30% of the year and work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the direct contact for the client and ensure program needs are met.
• Coordinate field management to meet/exceed regional goals and objectives.
• Identify resources necessary to meet/exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Communicate and manage region-level budget(s).
• Motivate, direct and coordinate management to achieve targets.
• Foster relationships with clients on national and regional levels.
• Coach/mentor team members on leadership and sales techniques.
