J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. is seeking a driven Account Executive to join the National Accounts team.

This remote role supports customers in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and West Virginia, with travel up to 50%. You will partner with Inside Sales to grow strategic customer relationships and deliver cloud-based solutions, training, and services that reduce risk and boost compliance. The ideal candidate has field sales experience in consultative selling, strong negotiation and presentation skills,

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in a consultative selling environment.
• Experience selling services, software, subscriptions, or other solution-based offerings.
• Knowledge of the Transportation, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or regulatory compliance industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute account growth strategies for assigned customers.
• Partner closely with Inside Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and expand customer relationships.
• Consult with decision-makers to understand business challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and supply agreements to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through implementation and customer adoption.
• Identify and engage new stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers within existing customer organizations.
• Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and onsite visits to strengthen partnerships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by helping clients navigate evolving safety and compliance requirements.
