Job summary

J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to grow a national accounts portfolio from a remote Midwest base.

You'll partner with Inside Sales to build strategic relationships and deliver cloud-based solutions, training, and services to senior leaders. The role requires travel up to 50%, strong consultative selling, and the ability to navigate complex contracts. Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in safety/regulatory industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in consultative selling.
• Experience selling services, software, subscriptions, or other solution-based offerings.
• Knowledge of the Transportation, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or regulatory compliance industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage national accounts with strategic relationship management.
• Partner with Inside Sales to identify opportunities and expand customer relationships.
• Consult with decision-makers to understand business challenges and tailor solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through implementation and customer adoption.
• Identify and engage new stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers within existing customer organizations.
• Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and onsite visits to strengthen partnerships.
• Serve as trusted advisor by helping clients navigate evolving safety and compliance requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by proactively resolving issues ensuring customer success.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information, and expense reporting.
