Carrier is seeking an experienced National Account Service Manager to work closely with key national accounts, spotting early trends and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. You will provide customer training on product functions, capabilities, maintenance, and repair requirements.

You will also manage the goodwill process to maintain customer satisfaction while driving improvements in company performance metrics, with remote work and up to 60% travel across the United States.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 3+ years of experience managing end-user technical relationships.
• 2+ years experience with electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration systems.
• Quiet remote space with high-speed internet.
• Willing to travel up to 60% across the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• EPA 608 Certification preferred.
• Experience in transportation, automotive, or HVAC industries preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Carrier Transicold products.
