Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a National Account Manager for Tile Retail in a remote role with some travel. The position focuses on major Tile accounts and driving channel strategy across the national market.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop listings and promotions, and build strategic relationships with decision-makers. A BA/BS and 5+ years in Construction/Industrial channels are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related fields.
• 5+ years' experience in Sales or Marketing focused in Construction and Industrial channels.
• Prior Sales management and key account experience.
• Excellent platform skills; comfortable presenting to large audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Some travel required.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales, marketing, and channel strategy for major Retail Tile accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle: listings, execution, forecasting, POS reviews, promotions.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
• Drive sales growth and achieve POS targets through account planning and reviews.
• Lead new product strategy: roadmap, listings, launches, branding.
• Manage annual business planning, OP ownership, and promotional budgets.
• Negotiate and support customer agreements and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with field sales, Marketing, Product Management, and NAM teams.
• Support events, training, and customer education.
