Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a National Account Manager for Tile Retail with remote work and some travel. Lead sales, marketing, and channel strategy for major tile accounts, owning the full sales cycle from presentations to promotions.

You will develop relationships with key decision-makers, drive POS growth, and lead product strategy and annual planning. Requires a business degree, 5+ years in construction/industrial sales, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Sales or Marketing focused in the Construction and Industrial channels.
• Prior Sales management and key account experience.
• Excellent platform skills; comfortable presenting and speaking in front of large audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook.
• Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, marketing, and channel strategy for major Retail Tile accounts, especially Floor & Decor.
• Own the full sales cycle, including listing presentations, execution, forecasting, POS reviews, and promotional planning.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers across assigned national accounts.
• Drive sales growth and achieve POS targets through account planning, execution, and reviews.
• Lead new product strategy: roadmap, item recommendations, listings, launches, branding for tile vertical.
• Manage annual business planning, including Operating Plan, POS/scorecard analysis, and promotional budgets.
• Negotiate and support customer agreements such as SBA/VBA discussions and growth initiatives.
• Partner with field sales teams and NAMs to align with regional needs.
