Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a National Account Manager for Tile Retail with remote work and some travel. You will own the full sales cycle, build strategic relationships with major tile accounts, and lead product and marketing initiatives across the national team.

You will drive annual business planning, negotiate agreements, and coordinate with NAM teams to expand market share. This role requires 5+ years in sales/marketing in construction or industrial channels and strong presentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Sales or Marketing focused in the Construction and Industrial channels.
• Prior Sales management and key account experience
• Excellent platform skills; comfortable presenting in front of large audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Valid Driver's License & clean driving record
• Some travel required

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, marketing, and channel strategy for major Retail Tile accounts, especially Floor & Décor.
• Own the full sales cycle, including listing presentations, execution, forecasting, POS reviews, and promotional planning.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers across assigned national accounts.
• Drive sales growth and achieve POS targets through account planning and reviews.
• Lead new product strategy, including roadmap development, item recommendations, and listings.
• Manage annual business planning, including Operating Plan, POS analysis, and promotional budgets.
• Negotiate customer agreements and growth initiatives.
• Partner with field sales teams to understand regional needs and strengthen local market execution.
• Support event marketing, training, and customer education through seminars and promos.
• Monitor competitive activity and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to grow market share
