Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Towson, MD, is seeking an Associate National Account Manager to drive cross-sell initiatives and optimize ecommerce content across customer PDPs. You will partner with Sales Directors and other teams to craft compelling proposals, present line reviews, and manage listings and store pages for strategic accounts.

Leverage strong sales, merchandising, and analytics skills to exceed targets while collaborating with internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales or account management with a track record of growth.
• Strong merchandising/content creation experience for ecommerce.
• Solid analytical skills and ability to turn data into actions.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities for talks with buyers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute cross-sell/merchandising opportunities on customer PDPs.
• Review online messaging for alignment with brand strategy and shopper experience.
• Create and optimize PDPs with ecommerce-forward content (descriptions, images, videos, bullets).
• Own updates to customer brand store pages and product listings.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and National Account Managers to hit targets and launches.
• Prepare product line reviews, quotes, and listings with customer merchants.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer needs and requests.
• Support all stages of the sales cycle including forecasting and promotions.
• Analyze metrics and scorecards to drive recommendations and growth.
• Work with cross-functional partners to maximize channel growth and revenue.
