Job summary

INDEVCO North America is seeking a National Account Manager to develop and grow relationships with large regional and national home builders within the building products sector. This is a fully remote role serving the SE US, including GA, TX, and FL markets, with support for builder programs alongside distributors.

You will navigate complex sales cycles, manage opportunities from introduction to product adoption, and collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Customer Service to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience selling to large regional or national home builders.
• Experience selling building products or construction materials to home builders.
• Ability to navigate complex sales organizations with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business with large regional and national home builders.
• Develop and execute account strategies from initial conversation through product evaluation, approval, and adoption.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding into additional markets, divisions, products, and applications.
• Work closely with distributors to support builder programs and product availability.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, account activity, and forecasts within the CRM.
• Travel to customer meetings, job sites, distributor locations, industry events, and company facilities as needed.
