IDR, Inc. is seeking a National Account Manager to grow and service a portfolio of enterprise accounts in a remote role. You will identify decision-makers, secure meetings, and build relationships that generate placements and sustained growth.

You’ll partner with recruiting teams to deliver exceptional service, manage client relationships, and drive revenue and gross margin through proactive account management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of staffing account management or business development experience.
• Proven success expanding existing accounts and developing new hiring-manager relationships.
• OutBound prospecting, setting meetings, and converting opportunities into business.
• Experience coordinating with recruiting teams throughout the staffing lifecycle.
• Strong discovery, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Self-directed approach with ownership of results.

Responsabilités

• Penetrate and grow existing accounts by executing growth plans and identifying decision-makers.
• Manage client relationships, provide responsive service, and coordinate MSP/VMS programs.
• Translate client needs into recruiting priorities and partner with recruiters to drive placements and revenue.
