Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager – North America to accelerate growth in the Food & Beverage segment across the United States and Canada. You will identify new customers, recover inactive accounts, and drive recurring revenue through strategic prospecting and win-back initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience involving technical products or manufacturing solutions.
• Experience prospecting, developing, and acquiring new industrial customers.
• Experience managing opportunities from qualification through negotiation and order conversion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new North America accounts with no prior Pall relationship, plus inactive accounts.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition and win-back strategies.
• Engage engineering, operations, procurement to define filtration and separation needs and craft solutions.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through negotiations to first purchase orders.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline and provide market intelligence for growth strategies.
