Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for North America to accelerate growth by acquiring new customers and reviving inactive accounts across the United States and Canada. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting opportunities into recurring revenue.

You will engage cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and procurement to tailor technical and commercial solutions, manage opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development with technical products or manufacturing solutions.
• Proven prospecting and new customer acquisition experience.
• Experience managing technical sales from qualification to order conversion.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify new companies with no current Pall relationship and revive inactive accounts to expand North America customers.
• Develop and execute targeted acquisition and win-back strategies including prospecting and competitive assessments.
• Engage with engineering, operations, procurement and other decision-makers to define filtration and separation needs and provide solutions.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through evaluations, negotiations and purchase orders with regional teams and specialists.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline, track performance, and provide market insights for growth.
