Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for North America. This role focuses on accelerating growth in Food & Beverage by acquiring new customers and reviving inactive accounts across the United States and Canada.

You will work with cross-functional teams and report to the Director of Sales, North America – Food & Beverage, with remote coverage across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development in technical/manufacturing sectors.
• Experience prospecting and acquiring new industrial customers.
• Experience managing opportunities from qualification through negotiation to order.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customers across the US and Canada to grow NA base.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition and win-back strategies.
• Engage engineering, operations and procurement to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Lead opportunities from engagement to order, coordinating with regional teams.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline and provide market intelligence for growth.
