Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a National End User Sales Manager, Distribution, to accelerate growth across North America. This remote role covers the United States and Canada with about 50% travel, leading a team of account managers and shaping go-to-market strategies across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• 10–15 years technical sales experience in the industry including Account Management/Development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Demonstrable sales development record within the target market.
• Experience managing teams with multiple disciplines.
• Strategic planning and management of a book of business across multiple product lines and countries.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
• Willingness to travel 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers for strong performance and growth.
• Build end-user and distribution channel strategies to expand market share and revenue in North America.
