Danfoss Fluid Conveyance is seeking a commercially driven leader to establish and lead a new growth-focused hunting organization across North America. You will build and lead a team of Business Development Managers and Market Development Analysts to win new business opportunities with national accounts, OEMs, and targeted segments.

The role emphasizes data-driven strategy, collaboration with sales, engineering, marketing, and product teams, and a remote-first setup with 40-50% travel expected.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive sales or commercial leadership within industrial manufacturing
• Experience leading commercial teams with a hunting mindset
• Strong understanding of distribution channels, OEMs, and national accounts
• Proven ability to identify market opportunities using data, analytics, and customer insights
• Experience leveraging CRM, BI and AI-enabled technologies to improve commercial effectiveness
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field

• Build and lead a team of Business Development Managers focused on hunting and winning new opportunities across North America
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for National Accounts, OEMs, and targeted segments
• Create scalable targeting methodology using CRM data, competitive intelligence, and AI signals
• Determine optimal go-to-market strategies for each opportunity
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product management to craft differentiated value propositions
• Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and accurate Salesforce reporting
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
