Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a National End User Sales Manager, Distribution, to accelerate growth across North America. You will lead a team of account managers, build end-user and distribution channel strategies, and strengthen relationships to drive profitable growth.

This remote role covers the United States and Canada with roughly 50% travel. You should have a bachelor’s degree and 10–15 years in technical sales, including account management, plus strong cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• 10–15 years technical sales experience in the industry including Account Management/Development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Proven sales development record within target market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers.
• Build and execute end-user and distribution channel strategies across North America.
• Strengthen customer relationships with value-based account plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales excellence, and business leaders to translate market insights into actions.
• Drive sales discipline through pipeline management, CRM, and account planning.
