Job summary

Danfoss seeks a National End User Sales Manager, Distribution to accelerate growth across North America. You will lead a team of account managers, shape go-to-market strategies, and strengthen relationships with end users and distributors to boost performance, efficiency, and sustainability.

The role requires 10–15 years of technical sales and cross-functional leadership, with 50% travel across the region. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• 10–15 years of technical sales experience in the industry including Account Management/Development.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Strong sales development record within the target market.
• Experience managing teams with multiple disciplines.
• Strategic planning and management of a multi-product, multi-country book of business.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers for strong performance and growth.
• Build and execute end-user and distribution channel strategies to expand market share and revenue in North America.
• Strengthen customer relationships with value-based account plans aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales excellence, and leaders to translate market insights into action.
• Drive sales discipline through pipeline management, CRM, and account planning for consistent results.
